Analysis and Results

Intro:

Is very important that people

eat healthy because it gives you energy. Fast food has bad cholesterol and it can cause you blockage of blood. You can eat fast food sometimes but not always, when you eat healthy food, it has good cholesterol; it cleans the bad cholesterol that is on your body.

Graph/Analysis:

When I look to my survey I saw that most of the people eat healthy.

Graph 1:

On this graph I saw that the 91% of the people only eat fast food 1 time and the 9% eat 2 times.

Graph 2:

On this graph I saw that 48% of the people eat 3 times a day fruits and vegetables, 28% 2 times a day, 19% 1 time and 5% more of 3 times. People should eat through 3 or more times a day.

Graph 3:

On this graph I saw that the 70% of the people always eat breakfast, 30% sometimes and no body never eat breakfast.

Graph 4:

On this graph I saw that 45% of the people eat fruits, vegetables, fast food like snacks normally, 27% only fast food, 21% vegetables and 7%

fruits. People that only eat fast food like a snack they really don’t eat healthy.

Graph 5:

On this graph I saw that homemade food and fast food and homemade food are tied with the 50%

On this graph I saw that the 79% of the people eat 3 times a day and the 21% eat more than 3 times a day. The options 1 time and 2 times a day were not selected and that is very good because when you eat more you have more energy but only if you eat healthy.

Graph 7:

On this graph I saw that 37% of the people eat in 10 min, the 26%in 20 min, the 5% in 15 min and the options of 30 min and more of 30 min are tied with the 16%.

Graph 8:

On this graph I saw that the 46% of the people drink only 1 time cokes a week, 27% 2 times, 18% 3 times and 9% more than times. This is very good that the 46% of the people that answer our survey only eat 1 time a week, I think we should have to put the option of never to see if the people that put 1 time they can put the option of never if they didn’t drink any cokes a week.

Graph 10:

On this graph I saw that the 55% of the people prefer that their food to be cooked, the 36% cooked and fried, the 9% fried and the option of no one was not selected.

Breakfast:

• 1 cup of milk • 1 cup of Apple juice • 1 boiled egg • 2 slices of bread with no

crust

Lunch • 1 fried meat • 1 cup of orange juice • 1 cup of yogurt • 2 cups of rice • 1 oz. of lettuce

Dinner • 1 fried chicken • 2 cups of oatmeal • 2 oz. of tomatoes • 1 oz. of Choco milk

Snack: • 1 Crepe of apples and strawberry

with 1 oz. of whipped crème on the top

• Scrambled egg • Bread

Recipe Fruit crepe:

• 1 cup whole milk • 3 large eggs • 1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour or

spelt flour

• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus additional for brushing

pan • 1 teaspoon

sugar • 1/4 teaspoon

salt • In a blender,

combine all crêpe

ingredients and purée on low speed

until smooth (scrape down sides of blender, if necessary, and blend again until smooth; do not over blend). Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour. Whisk batter. Brush skillet lightly with additional melted butter and heat over medium heat until hot. Fill a 1/4-cup measure three-quarters full with batter, then lift skillet from heat and pour in batter, tilting and rotating skillet to coat bottom in a thin, even layer. (If batter sets before skillet is coated, reduce heat slightly. Next crêpe will be better. If batter is too thick to make a thin crepe, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.)

• Cook crêpe until golden around edges and dry in center, about 45 seconds. Loosen crêpe from skillet with a heat-proof plastic spatula; with fingertips or spatula, flip crêpe over. Cook until underside is golden, about 15 seconds, then slide crêpe onto a kitchen towel and fold towel over it.

• Make more crêpes, brushing pan with additional melted butter occasionally (it's not necessary to brush every time) and stacking them on top of each other in the towel. (You should have about 12 to 14 crêpes.)
