In the main section of this August Newsletter I've touched on this subject and looked at itfrom several different directions. Here I will take a more thorough look into how the Lord

JESUS led us in 1992, what we did accomplish and where the enemy was stopped through

prophetic action.

The real question before us is this:

WILL THERE BE A MAJOR EARTHQUAKEIN LOS ANGELES THIS 2004?

To properly address this question we need to carefully review the revelations we had inview in 1992 and the Lord's Commission under which we operated in August of 1992.

FOCUS ON THE STORY OF AUGUST,1992

Background: On June 28, 1992, the 219th day after the earth's mantle rent apart underMammoth Lakes, California, the first evidence of the violence done to the mantle surfacedin Southern California. Two major earthquakes, a 7.5 Richter and a 6.5 Richter earthquakestruck the desert areas cast of Los Angeles - I died.

The rip in the earth's mantle was some 440 miles deep in the earth and it had spread as farNorth as Seattle, Washington and was spreading South to near Los Angeles. JESUSrevealed that the rent in the mantle was turning west and heading under Los Angeles. If itconnected with the San Andreas fault the destruction to hit California would be massive.

The Net of Prayer prayed and interceded and by and by the prophets of the Ministry werecommissioned by Jesus to go out and prophetically stop the spread of the rip heading for

continued Los Angeles.

It was not possible to send out all the Ministry prophets (funding and distance) at once soRichard-DANIEL and Cathy-MARTHA came into unity and agreement with the travelteam which consisted of Nancy-TONI (l st Ministry Prophet), Shirley-JO ANNA (2"`^Ministry Prophet), Herb-ABRAM and myself, Chuck-JOHNEL.

We had the financial support to complete a ten day prophetic mission to California (fromWashington State) . We would be on the road from August 12, 1992 through to August 22,1992.

The Lord JESUS led us to travel in two cars and to work in tandem, one team (Nancy-TONI and myself) prophetically laying down what JESUS called "Prophetic Strips" whilethe other team (Shirley-JO ANNA and Herb-ABRAM) did the same from a differentlocation.

On August 2, 1992 JESUS gave thesei nstructions: "FROM SEDROWOOLLEY (Washington) TO NEAREVERETT. FROM HERMISTON,OREGON TO JOHN DAY, OREGON.FROM RENO, NEVADA TOPLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA. FROMPLEASANTON TO LOS ANGELES,THEN ALL THE WAY AROUND TORENO AGAIN. ON RETURN FROMPORTLAND AREAS TO SEATTLEAREAS.

CALL THESE "PROPHETIC STRIPS".SIX PROPHETIC STRIPS, EFFECTRUNS FORTY (40) MILES DEEP,FIFTEEN (15) MILES WIDE - EARTH ISCALMED AND FIXED, CONTAININGSHIFTING..."

How did we accomplish this? Thefour of us would pray together at thestarting point of a "Prophetic Strip" as

On July 7, 1992 the HOLYSPIRIT gave me a vision of thespreading rent in the mantle - Idrew this sketch (on the left)based on what I was shewedhappening deep in the earth.

Not only was this crack in theearth's mantle spreadingtowards and under Los Angelesbut JESUS revealed that thiscrack was moving upwards at a20 degree angle to the West andAuld intersect with the San

Andreas fault. When these two cracks met, the dislocation of the earth would be massiveand equally massive earthquakes would rip up and down the west coast. JESUS led us tothe point where the rent was moving westwards, which was Castaic Junction off ofInterstate 5 (north of Los Angeles). Here we would be physically located 56.8 miles fromthe west-most extension of the spreading rent in the mantle. When we got to this point wenot only prayed and prophesied to deflect the force driving the rent, but to literally push theCorma (molten earth rising under the rent) back down below the Base Plates and then to

we would pray with both Staves (mine and Shirley-JO ANNA's). Then Nancy-TONI andI would head down the road and Shirley-JO ANNA and Herb-ABRAM would follow 45minutes later, stopping and praying with the Staves as the HOLY SPIRIT directed.

We would lastly meet up at a pre-arranged place where we would pray together with bothStaves as we did at the start - this completed a "Prophetic Strip."

A "Prophetic Strip" was taking a section of earth and making it rigid through prayer and

prophetic authority, sort of like turning that portion of earth into concrete or steel, that ineffect "fixed" the earth, making it immobile or unable to move.

As the rent in the mantle spread some 440 miles below it was causing subtle, if notimperceptible shifts in the earth above that was setting up the west coast for some majorearthquakes as fault systems under this mounting stress would have moved violently.

I will say this, you do not do a work like this except by faith and by faith we were enabledto see the changes being wrought deep in the earth by our joint prayer and propheticauthority in Christ.

so the rip in the mantle would be sea]ed and the Base plates (mantle) would be welded backtogether. We followed JESUS' instructions precisely and 15 minutes after we completedthat prophetic work JESUS spoke to me saying, "IT IS STOPPED, JOHNEL". That toldus that the spreading rent in the mantle was stopped and fixed in place.

CHURCH DECISION THE REASON & GOD'S SOVEREIGN INTERVENTION

Although it did not occur to me at this time (1992), back in November of 1984 JESUS firsttold me about the coming rent in the earth's mantle and He told me plainly that I-Iis churchwould allow it to devastate mankind but that He would overrule that decision. JESUSwould not allow mankind to be destroyed, He would intervene and stop it.

Now in 1992, some 8 years after His November, 1984 Word, we were being moved by theSPIRIT of GOD through JESUS CHRIST to prophetically intercept this rent and stop it,even as Jesus told me He would 8 years earlier.

There was no question that this whole Prophetic Mission was out of the Sovereign Will ofGod.

'Why God's Sovereign Will? To this day I "perceive" that the prophetic workaccomplished in August of 1992 in California, especially the welding of the earth thatstopped the spreading rent that was heading for the San Andreas fault, is a permanent fix.

The rent in the mantle is active again this 2004, we have seen the early evidence of thataplenty and reported most of it in these Newsletters. But where that crack is moving todayis not known, the Lord has not revealed it. This tells me that He is not going to interveneas He did in 1992 unless the rent in the mantle threatens the whole of mankind. Anythingless may be permitted - as the church has decided.

But "why was it God's Sovereign Will" to intervene in 1992 but not now? In 1992 thechurch leaders had not finally decided to reject God's Word and Will. The Lord made surethat the consequences of such utter rejection did not come until His church had the fullopportunity to respond to Him. He set a time for the "decision process" and that finalchurch decision came in both 2001 and lastly in 2003. The consequences of loosingjudgment are now before us!

HOW DO WE KNOW IT IS REAL? Those harnessed with unbelief will ask thisquestion as moving `In The Spirit' in the empowerment of Christ is beyond the grasp of thecarnal mind - it is to them foolishness. But it is real, it is very real.

In Christ's Commission to undertake a prophetic mission one is given the "Faith of God"to accomplish it without which it is impossible to accomplish.

There is no doubt that assails you when you have the faith of God - you know and in thosemoments you see all of nature respond to every command in Jesus Name. Sometimes it issudden, swift and startling. Once in 1983 when driving in a fierce downpour where thosebig road trucks passed me and sent waves of water over my little Honda car, I got fed up

and took the Staff and said, "In Jesus' Name, STOP" With that the rain storm stopped, it

was like flicking the off switch.

In 1985 Nancy-TONI and Idrove through a blizzard toreach Mammoth Lakes,Californ ia. When we arrived itwas still snowing but at thishigher altitude there was nosnow on the ground. Magmawas lifting the highways andsteams vents in the groundraged constantly, and theground was so hot it melted thesnow on contact. JESUS sentus here to stop this volcanicfield from erupting. We tookthe Staff and stood over thecenter of the white hot magma(molten earth) that was directlybelow us (we could see it bythe Spirit of God). Striking theearth with the Staff we sawpower issue forth and into themagma that cooled it. Within amatter of hours the steam ventsvanished, the ground settleddown and cooled.

FOCUS ON THE STORY , 1992 (continued) (reaching 440 milesinto the earth) there were no visible changes, but we knew by the Spirit of God that whatHe sent us to do was done.

THE TROPICAL STORM: While we are on a prophetic mission all major judgments aresuspended until we complete the work and return home. This is because of God's anointingon me to do the work of Sealing (see Ezekiel 9: 5) where the destroyers are told to "Goafter me." They have to wait until I'm done before they can begin their work of destroying.

While we were in California that August, 1992 1 noticed a small news article mentioninga tropical storm that was stationary in the Atlantic Ocean, When I read the article I wassuddenly in The Spirit' and saw the mass of swirling clouds in the Atlantic and nestledinside it was a demon prince that took the form of a dragon. It was "waiting" on as to finishthe work. I didn't think anymore about it as we were involved in a fairly intense work ofprayer and prophesying.

We completed the prophetic work on August 22, 1992 and headed for home. The TropicalStorm in the Atlantic Ocean now started moving and gaining force, growing and surgingahead.

Back home in Burlington, Washington we were now aware that this Tropical Storm wasnow a major Hurricane named "ANDREW" and was bearing down on Florida, headingdirectly for Miami, a major city.

Gretel, a long time Net of Prayer Intercessor and a Lord's General in the N.O.P., telephonedus with her concerns. It looked like that Hurricane was headed straight for her home inMiami. JESUS had told Gretel to stay put and to not evacuate as many did. By now theroads were too clogged to leave and Gretel was stacking mattresses in a closet and diggingin. Gretel asked for our prayers. We could do more.

Nancy-TONI looked over the lottery numbers recently drawn in Washington State andfound #906 was drawn on the day (August 13, 1992) the Tropical Storm was reported inthe Atlantic. #906 was half of the numbers branded into a demon prince's forehead when

we had it captive - its name was "Belshemi", which was a desolater of land and people.

We had this one captive for some months and when we released it we commanded it, inJESUS' frame, to not so much as touch a hair on the heads of the Sealed, the Elect, and thefaithful-obedient in Christ. Gretel was Sealed, she is among the Elect - and that demonprince was directing a Hurricane straight at her and her home.

Nancy-TONI and I joined in prayer. moved `In The Spirit' and confronted this demonprince by its name and reminded it that if it did so much as any harm to any of the Sealed,Elect or faithful-obedient that it would end up consigned to the bottomless pit.

Belshemi knew where the Sealed, Elect and faithful-obedient were - but being confrontedgot him to back off fast. Hurricane "ANDREW" suddenly shifted from its track to Miamiand turned to the south moving sixty miles south of Miami and slammed into Homestead,Florida killing 33 people, injuring hundreds and causing a destruction that exceeded $20

Billion.

Gretel's home and her neighbors (who prayed with the Net of Prayer) suffered no damagebut her neighbors did lose trees limbs, roofing tiles and had other minor damage."Belshemi" avoided them.

Gretel had God's protection but her area caught the outer edge of the storm called"ANDREW" and Gretel related how the howling winds, the noise and fierceness of thestorm was un-nerving even though it did them no harm or damage.

Why did JESUS have Gretel stay (though she later reflected that if she faced a similarsituation she would elect to evacuate)? The answer was not apparent in 1992 but it is today.

Hurricane "ANDREW" struck southern Florida (Dade County) on August 24"', some 11days after the Lots revealed Belshemi's number (August 13, 1992). It was the single mostdestructive Hurricane to ever hit Florida.

ON THE TOP OF THE NEXT PAGEOn the top of the next page is a photo reduced copy of Page 7 of our September 1, 1992Newsletter. What struck me about it is not only the mention of President Bush (GeorgeW's. dad) but the fact that President George W. Bush recently ordered "storm relief toFlorida" as done by his father in 1992 - 12 years ago.

Hurricane ANDREW marked the "End of the Age of Grace" - Hurricane "CHARLEY"was a double and set of the same thing.

In 1992 focus was on "God's Judgment versus Lucifer/Satan's Judgments" which is

a subject we have in focus this 2004.

These are not coincidences - we have recognized, observed and recorded numerous eventsthat repeated on the 12 Year Judgment Cycle. This is no different and that it is a "repeatjudgment" is made certain by a variety of factors.

in this 1992 Newsletter I note "The End of Grace sta rted August 13, 1992" — the very dateHurricane "CHARLEY" slammed into southe rn Florida this August 13, 2094. Coincidence?Hardly, this is a repeat judgment pattern. There is more.

In 1992 Lord's General Gretel L. of Beautiful Branch Prayer Group lived near Miami, in

Broward County Florida. But some years later she and her husband sold their home and

relocated to the panhandle of Florida - that is where Lord's General Gretel L. lives now.

Before Hurricane "CHARLEY" showed on the scene, a Tropical Storm named `BONNIE"was churning ahead of it and heading towards the Florida panhandle. We thought of Gretel-RAPHAEL, who lives in that vicinity, and prayed a covering prayer - just in case."BONNIE" was slated to become at least a category 1 Hurricane before reaching thepanhandle, but suddenly the storm system fell apart and what swept over the Floridapanhandle was a tropical wave of heavy rainfall and wind.

Next, Hurricane "CHARLEY", now a category 4 Hurricane (same as Hurricane"ANDREW" in 1992), was heading straight for Tampa, Florida, a major city. The stormwas so big that if it hit Tampa, that the Florida panhandle would likely get blasted as well.

Then the unexpected happened, suddenly (as in 1992) this Hurricane "CHARLEY" swungto the south, missing Tampa by 100 miles and slammed ashore, destroying and killing as"ANDREW" did in 1992. The news accounts constantly saw Hurricane "CHARLEY" asa parallel or akin to Hurricane "ANDREW."

Belshemi was avoiding Gretel-RAPHAEL this 2004 as it did in 1992.

This is what I wrote in that September 1, 1992 Newsletter, reflecting on the outcome seen

in 1992: (Quote Page 15) "Years ago JES US said that wheresoever I lived, He wouldbless and protect that area for my sake. When judgments came on the Mt. Vernonareas (where we lived in 1992) in the last years, we noted that destructions, stormforce winds - you name it - stayed at least forty (40) miles away from us all around.We lived in what seemed like a protective bubble - God's Grace through JESUSCHRIST It is now clear (I suspected it was so) that in being joined to the Net ofPrayer, every intercessor comes under the same anointing we have, thus the samepromise. This is why Hurricane ANDREW directed by Belshemi avoided Gretel, herhusband and the area they lived and swung 60 miles to the South hitting DadeCounty instead ofBroward County in Florida. But I also see that GOD is calling Hispeople to move out now, and when He provides, the way will he made for totaldestruction on America. Until then - the enemy has limitations imposed on him justby our presence alone. But as Gretel experienced and reflected, as we understood -it is not easy, it is not an experience one desires. Grete]-RAPHAEL, in 1992, was caught up in the vortex of a howling , screaming windforce and more that sent chills through her being. Gretel discerned, even felt the presenceof an evil that was both powerful and able to shake her world though it could do her noharm. In the coming judgments we are all going to face a test of our faith and everythingthat can be shaken will be shaken. Remember this, if you allow fear to take hold of you that

is misdirected faith, faith in the power of the enemy which only makes them a moredangerous and powerful threat to your personal safety. Keep our eyes on JESUS, trust Him,let our faith abide in His keeping power and in nothing of what the enemy has.

We received one telephone call from a Net of Prayer Intercessor living in Florida, a MaryRose S., who was concerned about the oncoming Hurricane "CHARLEY." We were outon errands and so she left a message. We prayed and Jesus' Angel with me told me shewould be protected and all would be well. After the storm passed I made it a point to callMary Rose to see if she was ok - she was, it was as the Angel told me. Did I doubt theAngel? No. However, as a courtesy I telephoned to let Mary Rose know that we got hermessages and had prayed.

WHY DID JESUS HAVE LORD'S GENERAL GRETEL-RAPHAEL TO STAY IN MIAMI IN 1992?

That Gretel-RAPHAEL obeyed JESUS and held her ground in Miami in 1992 against anon rushing monster Hurricane ("ANDREW") matched with Nancy-TONI and I in responseto her request for prayer ,confronting this demonic destroyer named Belshemi, set a patternof intervention in that judgment.

This 2004, when this same destroyer directed a repeat hurricane "CHARLEY" at a majorcity (Tampa, Fla.), Gretel-RAPHAEL's presence in the Florida panhandle forced thiscreature to divert away from a major city and hit a more rural area. As a consequence andas horrific as the loss of life and destruction was - it would be nothing compared to whatwould have been if it hit Tampa head on.

The pattern of mercy established in 1992 resurfaced this 2004. Gretel-RAPHAEL'sobedience in 1992 ended up indirectly sparing a major city a massive destruction (Miami)and again this 2004 (Tampa).

Did Gretel-RAPHAEL understand this? Actually she did. Here is what she wrote usback in 1992 after Hurricane ANDREW laid waste the Homestead, Florida area. (Quote)"I had walked my street with the dog on Sunday around 5 P.M. claiming the streetand people, pets and homes for Jesus and asking forHis Protection . for them. Not oneperson was hurt. Only one home lost part of their roof ..Most lost their trees. Ourhouse and the 2 neighbors living one either side of us had NO DAMAGE ...So thoseAngels also protected my neighbors too!...I've already told him (her husband John)I will NEVER stay here again for another Hurricane....JOHNEL, I only stayed herebecause I had NO urging from JESUS to leave. I only had peace. I knew HE wantedme here to protect these people this time. It's their final warning to leave.... Thank youfor all those Angels too! I KNEW they were around - Lisa next door said she KNEW

An interesting little note icontinued): At that time I had revelation tounderstand that a demonically empowered storm would head this way and would defy allnatural laws that govern hurricanes.

Hurricane "CHARLEY" was definitely demonically directed and empowered, more it isa double and set from Hurricane "ANDREW" in 1992 to this one in 2004. What does thatmean? This tells me that the monster Hurricane I had revelation about in 1983 is now apossibility - the pattern has been established. The revelation of 1983 was fairly precise -this monster Hurricane would rake the Gulf Coast side of Florida and then moving alongthe Gulf, it would rake and rip to pieces Mississippi, Louisiana, Galveston, Texas and slaininto Corpus Christi, Texas and then travel inland all the way to Canada with gale forcewinds and rain. The destruction would be unlike anything ever seen in history.

Comment by Chuck-JGHNEL: There is no question, on reviewing this Word, thatsignificant destructions would have occurred in 1992 except for the prophetic interventionof August 12-22, 1992 to shut Lucifer's plans down.

The uestion that is not easyeasyJo answer is this: Can the enemy pick-up wherethey left off in 1992 and carry out this 2004 plans that were prevented in 1992?

What is certain is that they cannot execute the level of destruction they intended in 1992(that would kill multitudes - millions world wide); but that does not mean that they cannotexecute a severe judgment. The Los Angeles earthquake looms as a real possibility.However note, I state it as a "possibility" not a certainty. The enemy could level a majorearthquake elsewhere without warning.

Comment by Chuck-JOHNEL: There are several points in this Word that can pertain to

this year.

1. "...BUT WILL EMERGE LATER_" There is no question that JESUS is revealing thatwhile we would stop Lucifer's plans in 1992 that they will re-emerge later (a time notdisclosed in 1992).

Hurricane "CHARLEY" is a re-emergence of the Luc1ferian plans of 1992 and a double andset under God's Law that gives them legal authority to carry judgments to the next step(earthquakes/volcanic activity).

2. "LUCIFER... GAINS MOMENTUM DAILY..." The pattern of earthquakes observed andrecorded since this January 2004 has shown a definite building momentum (the quakes aregetting larger and more frequent). What JESUS told Shirley-JO ANNA in 1992 is what weare also seeing this 2004.

3. "LUCIFER...AIMS TO STRIKE AGAIN IN THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY. THREESHARP QUAKES 6.7 TO 8.5 (Richter intensity)."

There is no question that the Los Angeles area was on Lucifer's target list in 1992. JESUSrevealed that to both Nancy-TONI and Shirley-JO ANNA in 1992. We may readily drawthe view that Los Angeles or at least the L.A. area is on Lucifer's target list this 2004.

4. "BISHOP IS GONE IN THIS YEAR..." This speaks of Bishop, Califo rn ia, a town in thevicinity of Mammoth Lakes, California - the ancient volcanic field that is quite active andwill one day erupt violently. JESUS has revealed that Bishop. California would bedevastated by an earthquake prior to Mammoth Lakes volcano awakening.

If I see it from a `rent-mantle activity' point of view - Mammoth Lakes is the center pointof the rip in the earth's mantle (it sta rted there) and it is renewed activity in the rent mantlethat would cause the major earthquake under Los Angeles. The same forces would emergeunder Bishop. California and destroy it as well.

Chuck-JOHNEL's Comment on JESUS' October 28 3990 Word : Here JESUSmakes it clear that in a prophetic intervention we would prevail in extending mercy tomany but not to all. Next He describes a sudden and violent judgment, apparently one thatis allowed or permitted by the church. JESUS would send us out after that happens to stopfurther death and destruction but only after the "church decision" starts to take hold (deathand destruction).

This prophetic scenario has not been fulfilled to date so it is something ahead of us, notbehind us.

BLIND SIDED BY CHURCH DECISION: We have run into this in past years andit always has the same basic configuration where through adverse circumstances things thatought to be obvious are not and . judgments come in without opportunity of intervention byprayer or prophetic authority.

I have had the 12 year judgment cycle (see chart on Page 12) in view for some years andwould normally check the events of 1992 to see if they might have any bearing on 2004.I speak specifically of Hurricane ANDREW in 1992 and its counter-part and repeat eventin Hurricane CHARLEY this 2004.

However, on July 21 s` this year I had some dental surgery done and the dentist prescribedan anti-biotic to counter infection. I'm allergic to sulfur based drugs, something that'swritten on my charts, something I mentioned to the dentist who prescribed a sulfa baseddrug to me (I was unaware of what he was doing). I took that medication for three soliddays when the reaction hit me like a ton of bricks. Except for the Lord's intervention by HisAngel I would have died, it was that bad. The effect it had on me, short of death, was toknock me out - I was only able to work for short spans of time as my energy levels wereso low. It has taken me the better part of four weeks to regain my normal energy levels.

In this same time period Hurricane "CHARLEY" showed on the scene and made its run.I was aware of it, following its progress on the Weather Channel but again lacked the "getup and go" to do any research.

As a consequence it was not until "AFTER" Hurricane "CHARLEY" struck that Nancy-TONI and I in discussing it recognized it was a 12 year judgment cycle repeat event. Thusthis report.

SLIPPING AWAY: The antibiotic drug put me into a high fever, set off internal bleeding,and caused me to feel as if I was near to drowning (shortness of breath, unable to sleep).It was in this high fever and the delirium that came with it that I found myself `slippingaway" `In The Spirit'. Suddenly I became acutely aware that I was dying and held on to mylife, it was not time for me to go. Later, JESUS' Angel told me that JESUS sent him to

prevent me from "slipping away" - thus the acute awareness that brought me to reverse theslipping away process. If the enemy was involved (likely) they never had any real powerover my life.

THE STORY PARTI've worked to relate current events and the connection to 1992 in a way that is, I hope,interesting reading. Now I would address the main issue - will Los Angeles suffer the majordestroying earthquake this year?

There is no question that there is more than sufficient evidence given here to support theview that a destroying earthquake in Los Angeles a "real possibility." However, we do nothave a clear view into what the enemy is up to, so it is possible they may go elsewhere. Itis possible the enemy has a different target planned. I have found over the years that onecan build a strong case for a certain specific event such as a destroying earthquake in LosAngeles and then it does not happen.

I' m inwardly aware by the SPIRIT OF GOD that the enemy of our souls is up to somethingdeadly and it may not be long before they strike somewhere. But that could also be aterrorist attack, another Hurricane, a volcanic eruption, an economic crisis, or an earthquakeelsewhere. The "knowing" by the SPIRIT OF GOD is clear - something deadly is afoot but"where" or "what" is not known.

The chart at the bottom of Page 16 is a comparative projection. I've known since theOctober 17, 1989 earthquake to hit San Francisco that we would see a repeat event onOctober 23 - only the year was not known.

In the years since 1989 I've come to understand that the earthquake in Los Angeles onOctober 1, 1987 is part of the same judgment pattern that led to the San Franciscoearthquake on October 17,1989.

This understanding helped me recognize that the second pattern of big earthquakes willstart with LOS ANGELES, as it did in 1987, followed TWO YEARS later by an equallybig if not bigger quake in SAN FRANCISCO.

In the attempt (on my part) to find the year of the SAN FRANCISCO quake to hit October23"' 1 realized that locating the LOS ANGELES earthquake is the key - it starts there.

Well not quite, for in 1987 it started with a 5. 0 Richter earthquake on June 10t'in ILLINOIS. Then came the 6.1 Richter earthquake in LOS ANGELES onOctober 1, 1987.

I note that Illinois had a 4.5 Magnitude earthquake on June 28, 2004 which can easily beseen as a parallel to the June 10, 1987 quake in Illinois.

More, that June 28, 2004 earthquake in ILLINOIS is known to be the result of renewedactivity in the rent mantle - a date we projected for as a "WATCH DATE" months earlier.

In fact, as reported in the June 18, 2004 Newsletter, the SPECIAL REPORT on EARTHACTIVITY (Pages A and C) the date of June 28, 2004 produced three earthquakes:

June 28, 2004 an 4.5 Magnitude earthquake in ILLINOIS.June 28, 2004 an 3.5 Magnitude earthquake in Cardwell, Montana.June 28, 2004 an 6.7 Magnitude earthquake in Alaska.

Collectivel y the energy released on June 28 th in these three earthquakes adds up to 14.7Magnitude. From that perspective (I don't know if it is valid) the event in Illinois this June28, 2004 is connected to a much bigger event than the 5.0 Richter of June 10, 1987.

That could suggest that the next event, if it follows the 1987 pattern, would be a massiveearthquake in LOS ANGELES, much bigger than the one experienced in 1987 (6.1Richter).

TAKING A LOOK AT THE CHART ON PAGE 16 (Bottom)

Let's say, for the sake of further exploration, that we will see a massive earthquake in LosAngeles this year, one that would lay waste most of the city center. The loss would be inthe $trillions and would impact the U.S. economy horrifically.

In that case, if the pattern holds true then we can expect a massive earthquake to lay wasteSAN FRANCISCO in October of the year 2006.

In JESUS' WORD of 1989 He speaks of the accidental nuclear attack and in connectionwith it terrible events coming from the south to impact just north of SAN FRANCISCO(not defined) which will happen in the year the Russian nukes streak into the U.S.destroying three U.S. cities and damaging a fourth.

This would suggest that all this would come crashing down in the year 2006, the 2"' yearof the next Presidential Administration.

That, in my estimate, is TOO SOON. at least a year too soon, maybe two years too soon.I've had the understanding that the accidental nuclear attack would happen in either thethird or fourth year of a Presidential Administration - G.W. Bush's second term or JohnKerry's first.

TO SUM IT ALL UP

1. I discern by the SPIRIT of GOD that something deadly is in the offing. But I cannotconnect it to an earthquake in Los Angeles and I cannot connect it to an earthquake either.It is appropriate to say that this situation is "hidden by church decision."

2. There is a strong case for an earthquake in Los Angeles this year OR a major quake

somewhere in the U.S. but in past experience "strong cases" do not always produce results.In other words, an L.A. quake, while possible, is not necessarily probable for 2004.

4. The over-view detailed on the top of this page tends to suggest that the massive LosAngeles earthquake is off to 2005 or 2006.

5. Hurricane "CHARLEY" definitely opens the door for some kind of major quake orvolcanic event this 2004 but where and when is not known.
