We offer FLA members an exclusive approach to sponsorship by tailoring a package suitable for their budget and requirements.

The following pages highlight a selection of the sponsorship opportunities available and the benefits associated with them.

Headline sponsorship is an exclusive opportunity. The headline sponsor will gain maximum exposure and access to guests at the event.

• The sponsor will be offered two premium table locations with twenty (20) complimentary tickets.• Exclusive use of the Buckingham Suite for a private drinks reception from 7.00pm to 8.00pm,

and 11.00pm -2am. (This suite is located adjacent to the Great Room foyer entrance).• Six (6) invitations to the Chairman’s reception.• Prominent branding throughout the venue at agreed points and subject to FLA guidelines.• Your company logo to appear on all invitation cards – invites to both Members and FLA VIP

Guests.• Your company logo to appear on the FLA website as “Headline Sponsor”.• The event manager for this event will include the sponsor’s logo in his/her auto signature banner. • All emails concerning the event will promote the sponsor’s logo whenever possible.• Your company roller blind stands located at the event “help desk” (2 stands).• An opportunity to provide branded After Dinner Chocolates in addition to that offered by the

Professional photographers capture the evening’s proceedings. These images are displayed on screens at the end of the evening and are also made available to guests to view after the event via a website.

• The sponsor will be offered one premium table location with ten (10) complimentary tickets. • Exclusive use of the Spencer Suite for a private drinks reception from 7.00pm to 8.00pm, and

11pm – 2am.• The sponsor will have exclusive use of the event photographer at their reception in the Spencer

suite between 7.00pm and 7.15pm.• All photographs taken during the pre-dinner receptions will be displayed on the holding screen in

• The DL-sized booklet is distributed to all guests attending the dinner. It provides a comprehensive guide to the evening and the seating plan together with a full listing of all attendees.

Private Drinks ReceptionA number of our members like to host their own private drinks receptions within the hotel.

The FLA has secured the areas listed below for our members to use exclusively. The benefits of taking your own suite include:

• The member will have full use of the suite from 7pm - 8pm, and 11pm - 2am• The member will have the opportunity to place branding within the suite.• Branded merchandise may be displayed in the suite at cost to the sponsor, subject to FLA

approval. • Your company logo will be displayed on signage (A3 size) outside the reception suite. (The FLA will

provide this signage).
