BPF Annual Dinner - 6 November 2012The exclusive evening event for the property industryThe British Property Federation’s annual dinner traditionally gathers the chief executives and senior figures from the organisation’s membership – including the UK’s leading property companies, fund managers, investment banks and professional firms – at The Dorchester in London.

Over four hundred members of the property industry will be addressed by the former Chancellor of the Exchequer, the Rt Hon Alistair Darling MP.

Tables of ten can now be booked at the price of £1,650 + vat per table. The cost per table includes a pre-dinner Champagne reception, three course meal and the after-dinner address from our guest speaker.

Terms and conditionsThe fee includes the pre-dinner reception and three course dinner. Drinks for the meal can be pre-booked or purchased at the event.

Vegetarian and special dietary requirement meals will be available if booked in advance of the dinner.

Bookings• bookings are accepted by post, email or telephone• all telephone bookings made less than two weeks before the

event must be paid for by credit card/debit card

Payments• the price for a table of ten is £1,650 + vat• all payments must be made in £ sterling• all cheques must be made payable to BPF Commercial Ltd• the price includes VAT at the rate prevailing at the time of

booking• a receipted VAT invoice will be sent with confirmation details

once payment is received

Cancellation policy• any confirmations must be confirmed by email to the relevant

contact• the dinner is non refundable in the event of a cancellation but

substitutions can be made
