QUILTERS UNTIE UNITE! October has 5 Thursdays, so the quilters know what that means -- Oct. 29 will be a Quilter Potluck Gathering! (No quilting on Oct. 22). Bring your scissors of choice and a dish to share. Lutheran World Relief In-Gathering is Nov. 2-5.

THE BIBLE PROJECTThe Worship Life Team, together with your help, would like to make Bibles available in the pews. We are asking for a donation of $10 per Bible. If you would like to order a Bible in remembrance of a loved one or special event, book plates will be available. Donations can be made by designating Bibles on your envelope. We have had a great summer thanks to these young leaders.This summer, we have been privileged to have 64 incredible college-aged staff members serving as counselors, site coordinators, lifeguards, naturalists, wranglers adventure program staff and health care specialists. They were recruited from all across the Midwest and beyond to serve at Carol Joy Holling Camp, Sullivan Hills Camp, and Day Camp sites across Nebraska and Kansas.Thanks to your generosity and the generosity of others, 52 members of our 2015 Summer Ministry Team have been fully or partially sponsored.
