our 3 teams –
10 people per team On Sunday, October 18th, St. John’s will
once again be participating in the MERCY

packing 15,000 for hungry children. This
year we plan on having 3 teams and beating
that record! Reserve the day and plan to
bring family and friends to help fight world
hunger.
Gather your friends and family
and reserve your spot

help, would like to make Bibles available in
the pews. We are asking for a donation of
$10 per Bible. If you would like to order a
Bible in remembrance of a loved one or
special event, book plates will be available.
Donations can be made by designating
“Bibles” on your envelope. Checks can be
made payable to
St. John’s Lutheran Church.
Dear St. John’s Benefaction Board --
Thank you for letting me go to Carol Joy Holling Camp. I had a lot of fun at the poor, ropes course, and horseback riding. I went to Tipi Village so we slept on cots in tipis. Every morning and nighrt we would do a worship service. We sang songs like Pharoah Pharoah, Psalm 23, Sanctuary, and Psalm 125. We got to plan a worship service one night. I got to hand out songbooks, read out of the Bible, and participate in a skit. Thank you for letting me go to camp. It was a blast! Thanks – Amanda Brasch Dear St. John’s Lutheran Church – Thank you for helping to pay for me to go to carol Joy Holling Camp. I had a blast! I hope that I can go back next year. I appreciate the things this church does so much. Thanks again! Sincerely, Grace Schavee
Bright Horizons
would like to thank
everybody who
made such generous
donations of diapers
and wipes to our
agency during our
2015 Diaper Drive. Because of your
kindness, Bright Horizons was able to
collect 6,767 diapers and 23 packs of wipes
for our clients and their families! Our staff
truly appreciates all of the continued
support, as this makes it possible for us to
continue to serve victims of domestic
violence and sexual assault.
