• Only original research work with the presenter being one of the authors will be accepted.
• The research work should have been carried out in the concerned medical college/hospital affiliated to
the medical college only.
• The certificate will given to the author(s) and only one presenter per paper is allowed.
• The mode of presentation maybe in the form of poster type or oral type depending on the scrutiny by
the review committee. The intimation regarding the same will be given on the date of result of abstract
selection.

We invite you all to send us your research on any case which presents a unique diagnostic dilemma, an
uncommon manifestation of disease/an unexpected treatment challenge/unanticipated early failure or
complications of treatment can be presented by the undergraduate student as a case report that will be
screened by a panel of eminent doctors, best in their field of service.
• Team submitting case presentation for review should be registered for the conference and quote the
delegation Id of each teammate in the email during submission.
• The selected abstracts will be given the opportunity to give an oral presentation
• The case report should be from the concerned medical college/hospital patients files only.
• A certificate to the same effect attested by the Head of the respective Department to be produced at
the conference during the time of presentation.
• Last Date of Submission - 10th February, 2020

• A team of 2 members from the same academic year from the same medical college can
participate. Individual presentations are also accepted.
• Team submitting case presentation for review should be registered for the conference
and quote the delegation Id of each teammate in the email during submission.
• Only 1 delegate in the team is allowed to present the case but the entire team can
answer in the discussion.
• The case should be from the teaching hospital affiliated to the delegate’s college.

Abstract submission :
• Abstract word limit : 500 words
• Last date for abstract submission : 10th February, 2020
• The abstract should be in the form of power point presentation (.ppt or .pptx) . A maximum
number of 10 slides is allowed.
• The abstracts can include pictures of the patient taking care of not disclosing the identity of
patients.

• The PowerPoint attached as email should be named after the case title.
• All entries should quote the delegate Id of all the presenters and the name and designation of the
faculty who had guided the student, in the email sent.
• The case should be from the teaching hospital affiliated to the delegate’s college. A certificate to the
same effect attested by the HOD of the respective department is to be attached in the email sent.
• The selected abstracts for presentation will be announced on the website.
• The PowerPoint presentation submitted earlier cannot be edited.
• The presentation will be given a total of 7 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questionnaire.
