Wirrinya Trial Site: Central West Farming Systems and CSIRO Trials

Morning tea at Wirrinya Trial Site:

• lime project and stubble project trials

• cereal trial – 2013 and 2014 outcomes

• canola trial – impact on stubble treatments and outcomes of insect monitoring

• invasive animals – mice outcomes.

Mattiske’s Shearing Shed:

• tour of shearing shed

• sheep handler demonstration

• drone demonstration by Ben Watts

• precision sheep management by Jessica Richards.
