Easy Cordial JellyIngredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

60ml cordial concentrate

1/3 cup (80ml) cold water

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boilingwater, and stir to dissolve well. Add 60ml o your

avourite cordial concentrate and 1/3 cup (80ml) cold

water. Stir and rerigerate until frm.

Serving Suggestion:

Now that you have tried your avourite avour, why

not try some other cordial avours including Apple &

Blackcurrant, Apple & Raspberry, Blueberry or Lime.

Fruit Juice Jelly

Ingredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water200ml resh or bottled ruit juice

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 200ml o your

avourite resh or bottled ruit juice. Stir and reriger-

ate until frm.

Serving Suggestion:Now that you have tried your avourite juice, why not

try some others including Apple, Cranberry or Orange.

Soft Drink JellyIngredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

200ml sot drink 

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 4/5 cup (200ml)o your avourite sot drink. Stir and rerigerate until

frm.

Serving Suggestion:

Now that you have tried your avourite avour, why

not try some other sot drink avours including Cola,

Orange, Lemon, Creaming Soda or Sarsaparilla.

Sport’s Drink Jelly

Ingredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

200ml sport’s drink 

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 4/5 cup (200ml)

o your avourite sports drink. Stir and rerigerate

until frm.

Serving Suggestion:

Now that you have tried your avourite avour, why

not try some other sports drink avours including

Lemon Lime, Orange or Citrus.

 Jelly JamIngredients:

Create-a-Jelly

400ml boiling water

¼ cup o your avourite jam

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 400ml boiling water

and ¼ cup o your avourite jam (we used RaspberryJam), and stir to dissolve well. Pour into attractive

serving glasses and rerigerate until frm.

Serving Suggestion:

Top with ruit yoghurt and resh berries to serve.

Banana Chocolate Jelly

Ingredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

150ml chocolate topping

1 sliced banana

Method:Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 150ml Chocolate

topping and 1 sliced banana. Stir and rerigerate

until frm.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve topped with a little bit o desiccated coconut or

some toasted almonds.

Coconut Jelly

Ingredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

200ml coconut

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 200ml coconut

and pour into clear serving glasses. Stir and reriger-ate until frm. Jelly will separate out into a clear layer

and a white layer.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve topped with a little bit o desiccated coconut.

Maple Syrup Jelly

Ingredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

100ml cold water

100ml maple avoured syrup

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 100ml cold water

and 100ml maple avoured syrup. Stir and rerigerate

until frm.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve this jelly with apple pie, or stewed cinnamon

apples and cream.

INDULGENT RECIPES

Ginger Beer Jelly

Ingredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

200ml ginger beer

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 4/5 cup (200ml)

o your avourite ginger beer. Stir and rerigerate untilfrm. This is quite a rereshing jelly.

Mango Passion JellyIngredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

200ml non dairy dessert sauce or topping

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 4/5 cup (200ml)o your avourite dessert sauce or topping (non dairy).

Stir and rerigerate until frm.

Serving Suggestion:

This is quite a rich, jammy jelly which would go

beautiully served spooned into meringue nests, or

topped with chopped Butternut Snap biscuit crumbs.

HEALTHY & TASTY 

Fresh Mint JellyIngredients:

Mint leaves

450ml boiling water

Create-a-Jelly

Method:

Inuse resh mint leaves into 200ml boiling water.

Steep or 5 minutes, then remove and discard leaves.Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water, stir to dissolve well. Add inused mint water,

stir and rerigerate until frm. This is a subtle and

very rereshing jelly, perect or a hot summer’s day.

Serving Suggestion:

Garnish with extra resh mint leaves.

 Tea and Chai JellyIngredients:

Herbal, green or black tea bag

200ml boiling water

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

Method:

Inuse your avourite herbal, green or black tea bag(Chamomile, Green tea, Chai, etc – but do not use

milk) into 200ml boiling water. Combine Create-

a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling water, stir to

dissolve well. Add inused water, stir and rerigerate

until frm.

Rosewater JellyIngredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water

100ml cold water

100ml rose water

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml)boiling water, and stir to dissolve well. Add 100ml

cold water and 100ml Rosewater, which you can

buy at selected deli’s. Stir and rerigerate until frm.

This is really ragrant and has a Middle Eastern

inuence.

Serving Suggestion:

Sprinkle with toasted pistachio nuts beore serving.

Marmalade Jelly

Ingredients:

Create-a-Jelly

400ml boiling water

¼ cup breakast marmalade

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 400ml boiling water

and ¼ cup breakast marmalade, and stir to

dissolve well. Pour into attractive serving glasses

and rerigerate until frm.

Serving Suggestion:Top with vanilla yoghurt and mandarin segments

to serve.

Blackcurrant Jelly

Ingredients:

Create-a-Jelly

1 cup (250ml) boiling water60ml blackcurrent cordial concentrate

100ml cold water

Method:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water and stir to dissolve well. Add 60ml blackcur-

rant or any berry avoured cordial concentrate and

100ml cold water. Stir and rerigerate until frm.

Honey Lemon JellyIngredients:

Create-a-Jelly

250ml boiling water

1 tbsp honey

60ml lemon cordial concentrate OR resh lemon

 juice

1/3 cup (80ml) cold waterMethod:

Combine Create-a-Jelly with 1 cup (250ml) boiling

water and 2 tbsp honey, and stir to dissolve well.

 Add 60ml lemon cordial concentrate or resh lemon

 juice and 1/3 cup (80ml) cold water. Stir and rerig-

erate until frm.

Serving Suggestion:Top with resh lemon slices to serve.

iced tea, made up cordial or

any drink - it’s completely up

to you! Stir well.

cup (250ml) o boiling water.
