the general Organization for Technical and Vocational Training TVTC
since it was trans- ferred from Ministry of Telecom. The mission is

Study and Training System The college adopts the Tri-semesters
studying plan with to- tal of 6 semesters. The credit hours
studying system is also adopted and student must complete
successfully about 90 credit hours in order to get the college
Diploma. College Community Center The main goal of community center
is to provide the internal expertise to the society by means of
training programs, stud- ies, technical consultationsetc. Training
Programs: General and technical training programs for the public
Specially designed training programs for groups based on the needs
of local private companies and governmental units. E- Learning
Center The college has a unique e-learning center which supervises
and provides the technical support of e-learning educational system
using Blackboard e-learning platform. College Library There are
about 3500 Technical books and texts that we consider an essential
references for our education and training curriculum. Cisco Academy
According to the agreement between TVTC and Cisco, a local Cisco
academy has opened to operate at CTE providing the following
network certificates: IT Essentials I & II CCNA CCNP Wireless
LANs Network Security Registration and Admitting Unit This unit
provides an essential student services through: Registration Office
This Office supervises students registration and enrolment
Graduates Office The task is to prepare the required papers of the
expected graduates in order to facilitate their graduation and send
their information to the Jobs Coordination Office. Student
Relations Unit This unit consists of two offices: Jobs coordination
Office Its task is to link and connect the college with the
industry and seeks available jobs that can be of the interests of
our graduates Co-op Training Office It supervises and coordinates
the co-op training program in- side and outside the college.
