Dear Parent or CarerParentScope
On the reverse side of this letter you will find brief information regarding ParentScope which is an on-line system that allows parents or carers to view what their son or daughter has been spending and buying from the school canteen. This service is provided by LCR who supply the software and tills for the school canteen.
To use this system and view the information you first need to register and create an account via the ParentScope webpage https://www.lcrltd.com/aldergrange . To do this you need your son or daughters Unique Pupil Number (UPN) which can be obtained from the school by completing and returning the reply slip below. The ParentScope login is secure and no personal details are held on the site, only the transactional analysis. A guide for parents is available from the login page which will help guide you through the process of creating and managing your account.
If you would like to register please complete and return the reply slip below and your son or daughter’s UPN will be sent home via your child in a sealed envelope. There is no need to return the reply slip if you do not wish to participate.Please do not hesitate to contact the school catering service or LCR if you require any further information.
