PhD, VT Novi Sad THE GOAL AND THE OUTCOMES OF THE LECTUREThe goal
of the lecture is to acquaint the future protection engineers with
the system that is used for observing, early warning, informing and
alarming the population in the case of immediate danger that can be
caused by the weather conditions, tactical-technical accidents and
collisions and in the cases of war danger. Another goal is to
introduce the future engineers to all the dangers and the harm that
they are exposed to in all the segments of work on the systems for
status tracking, as well as the normative acts that regulate
separate segments the phases of the work. They will also be
introduced to the technological and other opportunities for
protection, all in order to lower the risks and maintain a certain
