I have evaluated business operations, completed gap analysis and utilized process improvement tools (Six Sigma, VSM, Kaizen, Kanban, DOE, JIT, fishbone, TQM, etc.) to execute plans, enhance performance metrics, reduce inventory costs, and fund strategic projects and objectives. I have managed cross functional projects and teams and overseen a staff of 90 people in multi-plant operations across the U.S., Europe, and the Caribbean.
I have an M.B.A., extensive background in the planning and implementation of business systems, and proven experience in leading, training, and managing people. I have expertise in all facets of a company from strategic and financial planning through market analysis, sales forecasting, product development, sourcing/supply chain, production planning, manufacturing, customer service, distribution, and facilities functions of a business with P&L accountability.
