(a) A declaratory judgment to the effect that:

(1) The Term Mineral Interest Owners, as specified in paragraph 1.03 in the Second Amended Petition on file herein, are collectively the owners of the Term Mineral Interest, which covers the full mineral interest in and to the NW/4 of Section 36-17N-8W for a period of 20 years from and after February 16, 1971, and so long thereafter as oil, gas and other minerals are produced therefrom, and is fully participating as to the right to receive bonuses, rentals and royalties, and that the owners of the Term Mineral Interest also own the full executive right (right to execute oil and gas leases), without signature of the owners of the reversionary interest with respect to the Term Mineral Interest;

(2) The Term Mineral Interest is still in full force and effect due to continuous production from, first, the Gilmour No. 1 Well, and, second, the Mueggenborg 1H-25X Well, and the re-versionary interests with respect to the Term Mineral Interests has not vested;

(3) The Term Mineral Interest is subject to the Oil and Gas Leases described in paragraph 1.15 in the Second Amended Petition on file herein which are owned by Defendant Eagle Oil & Gas Co., except for the various unleased Term Mineral Interests as also described in said paragraph 1.15;

(4) The Reversionary Interest Oil and Gas Lease recorded in Book 2672 at Page 211, as described in paragraph 1.14 in the Second Amended Petition on file herein is invalid and covers no inter-est in and to the oil, gas and other miner-als in the NW/4, while the Reversionary Interest Oil and Gas Leases recorded in Book 2672 at Pages 214 and 217 cover only the respective undivided 1/16 Term Mineral Interests owned by Defendants Alfred Teders and Ruth Ann Cassiday, with such Oil and Gas Leases being owned by Defendant Chisholm Oil and Gas Operating, LLC; and

(5) The mortgage liens and secu-rity interests of Defendant Wilmington Trust, National Association, attach only to the Reversionary Interest Oil and Gas Leases recorded in Book 2672 at Pages 214 and 217, and only to the extent that such leases cover the respective undivided 1/16 Term Mineral Interests owned by Defendants Alfred Teders and Ruth Ann Cassiday.

(b) Judgment judicially determin-ing the death and heirship of Amanda Staude, a/k/a Amanda L. Staude, a/k/a Amanda Wehrenberg Staude, deceased, by taking judicial notice of and following its judgment entered in Kingfisher County District Court Case No. CV- 2016-34, as discussed in paragraph 1.06 in the First Count in the Second Amended Petition on file herein, to the effect that such decedent died intestate on March 28, 2002, and

that her undivided 1/8 Term Mineral Interest was inherited in equal shares by her sole and only heirs at law, who were her two sons, Clifford R. Staude and Wilbur O. Staude.

(c) Judgment judicially deter-mining that Defendant Briscoe Oil Operating Company, Inc., a/k/a Briscoe Oil Operating Co., Inc. was dissolved pursuant to Oklahoma Certificate of Dissolution filed in, and Certificate of Dissolution issued by, the office of the Oklahoma Secretary of State on June 29, 2000, that in spite of their exercise of due diligence, the Plaintiffs have not been able to ascertain the names or whereabouts of the officers or succes-sors of such coporation, and that The Unknown Successors of Briscoe Oil Operating Company, Inc., a/k/a Briscoe Oil Operating Co., Inc., were properly named as a Defendant herein.

(e) Judgment against Defendant Newfield Exploration Mid-Continent, Inc. (“Newfield”) ordering an account-ing of the amounts that are owed by Newfield to the Plaintiffs and Church pursuant to the provisions of the Okla-homa Production Revenue Standards Act, codified at 52 O.S. § 570.1 et seq. (the “PRSA”), together with all interest owed thereon as calculated pursuant to the provisions of the PRSA.

(f) Judgment against Newfield awarding the Plaintiffs and Church actual damages in an amount to be determined at trial in excess of $10,000.00, plus interest as allowed by law and compounded as allowed by law, from date of first sales of production from the Muggenborg No. 1H-25X Well, until paid.

(g) Judgment against Newfield awarding the Plaintiffs and Church their attorney’s fees and litigation expenses, including but not limited to expert wit-ness fees, as allowed by the provisions of the PRSA, together with all interest owed thereon as calculated pursuant to the provisions of the PRSA.

(h) Judgment awarding such other and further relief as to which the Plaintiffs and Church may be entitled.
