30 UNITED to HELP 1 Our Lord has said, “Whatever you do for the least of these, you do for Me.”

We now have an opportunity, as a parish, to live out this command. One of our parish families is in great need of financial assistance. We are asking 30 parishioners to commit to a monthly donation of $50 to the St. Vincent de Paul Society for a period of 1 year to help in this effort. We are hoping that this appeal will

touch your heart and you will join others in saving this family. Please contact the Parish Office for further details at 634-3641.

Bereavement St. Ann’s Parish, Nyack, hosts a Bereavement meeting on the first Friday of the

month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 16 Jefferson Street (in the school building directly across the street from St. Ann's Church). Hospitality

refreshments are served.

All those who have lost a loved one whether it be a spouse, a child/grandchild, a family or a friend are welcomed to this gentle, understanding, and comforting group. Mass, Benediction, and Rosary are available before the 12:10 p.m. daily

Mass immediately following the meeting. We help each other through the darkness of mourning to learn to live again.

We welcome Lia Antoinnette Gagliardi, Dylan Christopher

Mazzella, Nina Isabella Silva & Kane Thomas Varmon, into our faith and

we pray that they will continue to grow in wisdom and grace with the assistance of their godparents and

our prayers.

Do you suffer from celiac disease and can’t re-ceive the body of Christ at Sunday mass because the host is made of gluten? The church has your

solution. There are communion hosts that are available to you that are almost 100% free of glu-ten. If you wish to receive holy communion with a gluten free host, come to the sacristy and ask the

priest, deacon or HS sacristan for a gluten free host to be consecrated. It will be separated from all

other hosts and given to you separately in its own container (pyx). We hope this announcement

makes the sacrament of holy communion more available to you in the coming months.

He was born in humble obscurity, yet His family had to flee to save Him from a jealous ruler. He forgave sins, healed the sick and gave hope to the downhearted and oppressed, yet He

was despised and rejected by many. He willingly laid down His life and then rose again, con-quering the power of death! With newly enhanced animation, it is the dramatic retelling of the

life of Jesus Christ as seen through the eyes of the last surviving apostle, John. Children and adults alike will be captivated by this account of Jesus’ life, featuring vivid storytelling

and high impact animation. This powerful presentation will encourage and inspire viewers to follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Recommended for ages 7 and up.
