3. A registration fee of four hundred fifty pesos (PhP 450.00)
shall be charged to each participant (contestant and coach) which
will be used to defray expenses for supplies, meals and snacks of
the RTWG, tokens, medals, trophies, administrative cost, payment
for water and electricity, board and lodging and honorarium of the
board of judges and other related expenses in the conduct of the
RFOT.

4. Expenses such as registration, transportation, meals and
snacks and other incidental expenses of the participants shall be
charged against their School Maintenance and Other Operating
Expenses (MOOE) or other sources of school funds subject to the
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. An early registration is required to ensure facilitation in
the distribution ofkits, supplies and materials. Such payment will
be sent via Name Account: DepEd Trust Fund- Landbank Account
Number: 3702-1011-65. The Regional Office should be provided with
the validated deposit slip as basis for the issuance of the
Official Receipt.
6. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
