SECTION 1 TIME BASIS TRANSPORTATION RATES

Transportation rates covering movements of household goods and related articles as described in Rule

1, crated or uncrated or in containers, on an hourly basis up to and including 50 miles from point(s) oforigin to point(s) of destination.

RegularTime Rates

Regulartime rates apply when service is performed onweekdays, Mondaythrough Friday, commencingbetweenthe hoursof 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Overtime Rates

Overtime rates apply when service is requested bythe shipperto be performed on weekdays (Monday

through Friday) commencing between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:00am, They also apply ALL day on

Saturday.

Sundav/Holidav Rates

Holiday rates apply when the service is requested bythe shipperto be performed on legal holidays setforth in Rule 15 or at any time on Sunday. (THESE RATES ARE DOUBLEOF THE REGULARTIME RATES).
