Resilient Seated Concentric Butterfly Valve

Resilient seated concentric butterfly valve is a device that allows,

obstructs and regulates a fluid to flow through, widely applied to

various industrial fluid controls. Compared to conventional globe and

ball valve, the butterfly valve has advantages of light weight and low

Metal-seated Triple Offset Butterfly Valve

Triple offset butterfly valves or triple eccentric butterfly

valves, have three offsets. Two of these apply to the location of

the shaft in relation to the centre line of the bore and the centre

line of the seat sealing surfaces. The third offset is the design in

the axis of the seat cone angle

Ceramic Ball Valve

This type of ceramic ball valve is KVC's first developed high-tech product

ceramic control ball valve, it has good abrasion character. We have

different ceramic materials pending the processes.

The process is not in contact with any metal parts, only the ceramics

selected. The ball assembly has also Zero cavity. The benefit is no

product gets trapped inside the valve while switching from open to close.

The ceramic material hardness (HRC88), which only inferior is a

diamond. The ceramic lined valve has a very high abrasion resistance,

corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, good insulation and small

thermal expansion

DQ/DC/DT Knife Gate Valve

Linuo knife gate valves are linear shut off valves that are light weight with

compact construction. Valves are available as manual with handwheel

or can be automated with pneumatic cylinder actuator for remote

with API 600,working in high temperature and high pressure cond-

itions. It serves a wide range of demanding applications, such as

nuclear power plant. Characterized by simple structure and better

KVC full opening check valve is designed according to API 6D,

applied in crude oil and natural gas pipeline to prevent service medium

backflow. Full opening allows pigging ball to flow though, convenient to

maintain the pipeline. For large-sized valve, buffer damper can be acce-

ssible to delay disc closing time for seating surface protection. Both

soft-seat and metal-seat types are available.

Forged Steel Bellows Seal Valve

Leakage around t h e stuffing box of valve bonnets remains

a long-standing trouble for environmental protection. It is

also rather dangerous in case of highly hazardous service

fluids leakage. KVC bellows seal valve is of the construction

that bellows is welded o n t o bonnet and stem. The up-and-

down movement of stem drives expansion and contraction

of the bellows,sliminating the leaking possiblities during

Lined Plug Valve Design Features:

KVC fully lined plug valves are cavity-free due to the special body design,

the liner is firmly locked.

• Plug coating is extended over the shaft sealing

• The lining is molded into dovetail recesses in the body to lock them in

place to prevents liner collapse in vacuum conditions and blow out in

high pressure conditions.
