We're engaged in innovation, manufacturingand providing end-to-end apparel solutions to many customers US, Europe andother parts of the world. Apart from apparels, we also produce denim/non denimtops & bottoms, work-wear as well as Terry towels products for various brands.

TSG is fully vertically integrated set up starting from Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing,Stitching etc., this helps give the organization infrastructure, knowledge, logisticsand speed to meet the shortest possible lead time that are the need of thepresent day customer.

YARN SPINNING

We have our own fully integrated combed & carded yarn spinning unit.

Mélanges & special yarn spinning unit consisting 48000 spindles, supported by in-house dye house.

KNITTING

We have one of largest knitting plant inSouth East Asia (156 knitting machines onone floor).Cotton, CVC, CVS, Jersey, Pique,Interlock, Thermal, Fleece, Ribs, MiniJacquard including Spandex / Lycraattachments.

Yarn dyed Feed Stripes, Auto & Eng. StripeJersey, Pique and double knit striper in Rib& Interlock.

In-house auto striper double knitmachines, only company in Pakistan withmachines, only company in Pakistan with20 double knit auto stripers. Capacity200,000 units per month. Largest singleknit auto striper knitting plant in Pakistan(45 machines at one location)

DYEING

Three Stars Hosiery Mills (Pvt) Ltd (Yarn Dyeing unit) is the latestand automatic yarn dyeing plant with a capacity of 12 tons / daybased on 100% cotton yarn.

In soft winding, we have 244 spindles and 120 spindles of SSM.Also there are soft-winding machines in our spinning unit whichprovide us soft-wind yarn for dyeing.

TESTING

There are quality checks at every stage of manufacturing starting from Raw Cotton, Yarn, Fabric, Processing, Cutting, Stitching and Packing. Before the fabric is cut, it is checked whether it conforms to the customer’s standards of shrinkage, finished g/cm2 etc. After each lot of fabric is cut, 100% cut parts inspection is conducted to ensure that only good quality pieces move to the stitching units.
