Our journey into healthcare commenced in the year 2002 aligned with the group’s vision of making a difference to the way

people live. Bhagirathi Neotia Woman and Child Care Centre (BNWCCC), a super-specialty mother and childcare

hospital was our first endeavour and is today the preferred choice of hospital in this part of the country. The commitment

to elevate patient’s experience inspired us to set up a 250-bed multi-specialty hospital in Siliguri, Neotia Getwel

Healthcare Centre aimed at providing complete wellness, physical, mental and emotional. Genome, the super-specialised

fertility centre’s success in Kolkata was followed by opening of centres in Siliguri and Raipur and is shortly to be opened

in few more locations.

The group remains committed to providing excellence in healthcare services resulting in unparalleled patient experience

NEOTIA ACADEMY OF NURSING Having identified lack of trained medical

manpower as the biggest problem, the group’s first foray in healthcare education, Neotia

Academy of Nursing, has started operating from

the year 2011. It offers B.Sc. & GNM courses

with 60 seats each.

The academy, which is spread over 40,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, nestles in a pristine and

spacious campus next to Upohar Housing Complex in Kolkata and comprises of spacious &

well-lit class-rooms, well-equipped laboratories, a comprehensive library and a large, multi-

utility hall, apart from an airy and generous hostel complex.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES A wide range of extra-curricular activities

are encouraged to nurture individual

talents, as well as to develop the ability to

work in a team.

NEOTIA MEDIPLUS Neotia Mediplus a community clinic located at the southern fringes of Kolkata. Patients from the extreme

southern suburbs of the city gets the opportunity to avail community level healthcare solution offered by the

NHIL has inaugurated its first 250 ~ bed multi superspecialty Hospital of excellence in Siliguri, West Bengal, under the brand

name of “Neotia Getwel Healthcare Centre”. The hospital has a spacious Outpatients Department, fully equipped Radiology &

Pathology set-ups, a wide choice of bed-types in the In-Patient area with state-of-the-art Critical Care units, Adult and

Neonatal, and modern Delivery suites. Five Operation Theatres with laminar air-flow have been planned, supported by a fully-

featured CSSD. The centrally air-conditioned Hospital has been designed to make maximum use of natural lighting and

UPCOMING PLANS…

Plans are already being drawn up for a 200 bed Tertiary care hospital to be set up in

Raipur, which will have Centres of Excellence in Neurosciences, Orthopaedics,

Cardiac Sciences, Ophthalmology and ENT with Maxillofacial surgery.

The company is also exploring greenfield healthcare opportunities in Kolkata and

involving itself in other areas of healthcare by means of brownfield projects & PPP

models.
