Our company, Zartner Technology, began in April 2012 with the intention of offering

Software Development Services and Products to South African Small to Medium Enterprises.

Our company has grown exponentially since as we realize that IT is major enabler

Mr Khashane Motloutsi - General Manager

Khashane Motloutsi is the Co-founder and General Manager of Zartner Technology. He is responsible for defining the vision behind the organisation as well as ensuring that the organisations growth is in line with its vision and core values. As an Information Technology graduate, Khashane started his career in Operations and gradually moved into Project Management at First National Bank. Khashane also holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management with Cranefield College. He has worked on numerous strategic Infrastructure Projects within the bank ranging from Telco Service Connectivity to Network Re-engineering and relocation. Khashane is responsible for ensuring that Zartner grows in an organic manner without compromising its vision and values. He is responsible for the conceptualization of new own-product initiatives as well the management of all company projects. Khashane is also responsible for talent acquisition and the day to day steering of the organization. On his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling, spending time at the gym and working on his personal development.

Mr Maxwell Maake - Technical Implementations Manager

Maxwell Maake is a Co-founder and Technical Implementations Manager at Zartner Technology, and is responsible for general software development, solutions architecture and strategic decision making at the company. An experienced mobile, web and desktop applications developer, team lead, software architect and microsoft technologies enthusiast. Maxwell Maake is an analytical thinker, a self-driven and motivated person. With a B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Maxwell is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Team-work, commitment, loyalty, respect and confidence are what drive him. He likes challenges and always goes the extra mile to find solutions. "Working as a Software consultant requires not only an analytical and problem-solving mindset, but also being a great team player. This is where I excel and have proved it by working on and successfully completing various projects with different teams across different technologies. ", Maxwell said. On a good day, you will find Maxwell busy coding on his laptop. On an average day, you will find him reading up on new technologies or engaging on the best technologies available on the market. Occasionally you will find him on the golf course.

Mr Phathuxolo Mboyiyana - Research and Development Manager

Phathuxolo Mboyiyana is a co-founder of Zartner Technology and Research and Development Manager he is responsible for new developments and the conceptualization of future ones. With a vast knowledge in a variety programming languages and tools he finds himself looking into the latest technologies in order to prototype and implement cutting edge software solutions. Holding a Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the University of Kwazulu Natal he has worked for one of the leading financial institutes as a software developer. Having been a Chess Champion in his younger days he has since converted the skill for use in analysis of all future innovative solutions and in-house initiatives.

Mr Larry Kgatle - Public Relations Manager

Larry is a highly experienced Public Relations manager who has more than four years of experience in the corporate sector in a variety of positions specializing in Internal and External communications, social media management, crisis communications planning, crisis communications response and crisis recovery as well as media relations and marketing communications. Larry engages in the development and execution of effective strategic and tactical plans for external and internal communications. He’s a graduate of the University of Limpopo and has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies. Larry’s past experience includes working with National Film and Video Foundation, South African Film and Television Awards, Ithuba Holdings (The New Lottery Operator), Limpopo Office of the Premier and MultiChoice Africa Corporate Affairs. On his spare time, he enjoys chilling with friends on outdoor activities, playing Playstation, spending time with family and reading industry news.
