Site Nav Joe ‘s request to join [sitename] site accepted.

User is given the default role of site consumer. To change this the site manager will need to navigate to the site members list for the site, find the user and then click role popup button (one of the reasons hy we need a global inbox type area)

Joe receives an email to say his request to join site has been accepted and contains a link to the site
