This is a professional networking social media site, essentially Facebook for professional based networking. It allows you to manage and keep track of people you meet and form connections with.

Each company and organisation can have its own profile that comprises itself of employees and others can ‘follow’ a company. Companies can post status updates of recent blog articles or relevant news articles.  Over 2500 people follow the Ramsay Health Care Updates.

STEP 3: Engage & Learn You can engage with your connections through status updates and comments. LinkedIn suggests thought leaders for you to follow so you’ll also receive their updates in your news feed.
