Welcome note along with an informal photo of any new joinee are being published at Notice Board & Departmental notice board a day prior of their joining. 2. We ensure all the selected candidates are communicated via email/phone call to submit all their required documents prior their joining so that their salary account is activated on time. 3. The day he/she joins his/her welcome kit is kept ready along with a small surprise gift in the locker. 4. Buddy system - A list of department continuously train on Empathy & Care, so that they are well taken care of the new joinee Job level is no longer a criteria while selecting buddies. Empathy talks by DoHR /LM + HOD after 10 days of joining followed by a lunch with the GM. 5. When an associate completes a year, we invite him/her with family for a buffet dinner at the restaurant.

Apart from the various social activities we also enjoy “ COP- Celebrating Our People”

It is a 03 days long annual program were it is mixed with fun & frivolic We set a theme for each year like this year it was “Rock & Roll”All the HOD’S decorate the hotel back areas & stage with props.All the HOD reach the hotel at 5am so that we can roll-out the red carpet for the associate joining the morning shift..Then we all assemble at the cafeteria officially to announce the 03days fun with a cake cutting ceremony.The whole day becomes a roller coster of fun…we organise special lunch for all the 03 days..The 1st day afternoon and the evening passes with the Fun Fair Activities like shooting, dart,indoor ice hokey & football etc.

2ND day starts with the various indoor and outdoor championships.like pool volly ball, table tennis, Tug of war etc.In the 2nd half we organised “ bollywood quiz” along with “Dumb-charades”

3rd day morning starts with some social activities with the kids from a NGO.Encouraging the kids to be a part of the Hospitality with a basic session on bread making followed by a lunch.

The Managers Cook out for the associates in the afternoon.

The evening was ready for fun and roller coster:-Hyatt’s got talent show – perfomance by groups or individual’s.Fashion shows & prize distribution.Followed by a gala dinner and cocktail to seal the fun…….:)
