The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start- Some General Notes•Re company objectives – 12 of you have answered the survey.... Well done and thank you. The results will be published shortly in an internal audit report•Last Friday 30th September 2016, we had our end of summer BBQ at ESI premises – well done for another well organised event – well done to all who attended and to all who contributed on the organisation. Next event will be on Friday 4th November – anyone wanting to send me recommendations on where to do it, what time et.... Please recommend!

A General Note before we start-•Last Friday 30th September , we started a campaign on close out project meetings for•16_011 University of Malta Intruder alarm for the Gateway Building•16_017 BMIT Controlled access through fire door at SCM •12_027_Parliament Intruder alarm system

I think this went well and I intend to organise another session towards the end of October 2016

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. We are targeting to complete in the next weeks

• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We need to make a big effort to close off what is pending – A big effort was done by CVA to conclude this and he has managed- well done- lets close off with all documentation , O&M et..

• 12_027- Parliament –We have updated Maxpro and now and conclude all documentation and finally integrate ProWatch

• 14_069- Q019 AS410 – we are currently working on requests for information from the client

• 14_069- Q021_TF4- We are working on the panel design to allow us to go to panel construction

Projects and deadlines• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all pending

installation works – we will also try to finish the programming but commissioning will be on hold till the client asks us to continue

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have nearly completed panel design and it is now down to panel build (for Apap we are working on the second DDC/Lighting panel)

• 16_023_GGY- is another home automation project which is on a much faster track- the lighting will have to be commissioned in September 2016- we have fixed the panel on site and will now terminate and commission it

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have started works to start up the plant and start commissioning here- software development has also now advanced on this project. We are also advanced on design work on the second Pool Panel

started Panel Drawings• OTM – Q021 5DP02-EXT – Conclude & Submitted

Panel Design, received APPROVAL, updated to ‘Issued for Construction’

• Intercontinental Pool Panel – Sketched Panel Design for Draughting, released Materials quotes’ requests etc

• Sliema Graham Apartments – resizing of Remote Stations, enclosures’ swap released to Manuel

Project name

Mater DeiThe team at Mater Dei is going through some though changes with the

resignation of Simon Florian and most recently of Michael Abdilla.

The whole team at MDH have to dig deep and work as a team until we find the required replacements for these team members. If any of you out there know of people who can join the MDH team as technicians/electricians, we presently have two vacancies to fill- please give them my contacts so that they may apply!!

Development and Commissioning• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A

PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• 12_043_Life Sciences – we need to call for an inspection of snags to close everything down- we also need to start scripting on the tenant building module

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

Development and Commissioning• OTM on going works and some large orders

(AS410 upgrade and TF4 )• 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on

concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... We need good data to prove our systems- CCI has done a plan- stick to it- I need feedback from CCI as to where we are on this

• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS!!

Sales and Business DevelopmentAfter more then a year of work we have been

awarded a large project - 16_007_LeMeridien_BMS_upgrade

The scope and objective is to upgrade an old R2 Tridium Jace based control system done by ESI on project 04_002 and replace this with a new Niagara4 system with the new generation of JACE

There are 20 panels which I have split into 5 phases (See attached POW and schedule summary)
