A General Note before we startI would like to thank once again all the team for the efforts to complete the offices upstairs. The plan next for this week is: a) Finish all DALI terminations and controls upstairsb) Pass all PIR cables and AC control cablesc) Finish all paintwork upstairsd) Next stage will involve works in design and

technical office- before this is done the show room area must be closed off and electrical supply made permanent with Enemalta (to allow people to relocate to here)

A General Note before we start

In the last two weeks we have had a further two resignations from the company.

Graziella has given her notice and will work her notice till 4th May 2016 whilst Lino has also resigned last week and will be working till 18th April 2016. These are difficult times to fill in gap these resources will leave within the organisation but we must all re group and pull the rope of success.

Projects and deadlines• 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- With everyone’s effort we have

managed to change over the Banquet hall AHUs- not only but start these remotely from the engineering PC- Next target- finish all Testing and commissioning works by end of month (March 2016)

• 13_070_SCM Lagoona_Pump room- We have pulled most cables and need to now start terminations on site... This, too, is going to become a hot project- All terminations possible are to be completed by 28/3

• 14_001_Fadalah- CVA will be going to site to a ship yard in Greece (not Istanbul) and commissioning this in first week of April 2016.

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring- Panels to be completed by 23/3/2016. All installation and manual start up by end first week of April 2016- Manual start-up, soon after. Full T&C by end of April 2015. We have given most of the installation works to Panta and we need to ensure that Panta’s work is to the required standard.

• Projects 12_026 SCM Buildings 02, 03, R3 & R4 and 12_027 Security Systems Parliament- LVA and JPO will put whatever efforts necessary to close off whatever can be closed off by 1st April 2016.

Projects and deadlines• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We have made

progress on commissioning here- we will also soon need to come up with a plan and target date here.

• 13_052 New offices- Get the Automation in the new area offices ready by March 2016!! Make sure it is fully functional and de snagged- Installation upstairs are to be completed shortly.... Design and Technical offices will be moved soon after that!

Development and Commissioning• We have done large important steps on finishing off the

Parliament we need to get the documentation out of the way too to avoid us going time and time again on site- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET A COMPLETION

• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• The plan for Life sciences is to complete all works by 18th March and training by 21st March 2016

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we awaiting the client

Development and Commissioning

• OTM urgent jobs and snags were also done in the last weeks• Another project that needs attention is CCA Villa ... There are

still some snags to be addressed –intruder alarm integration• Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the work here and

are waiting from Panta on this• The Siggiewi Primary school project – we need to close off –

there is very little left here• Aurobindo we are proceeding with software development and

we have done quite some progress – we now will be starting commissioning

Development and Commissioning• 16_004_Microbiz_PW_Otis_Interface- We are

presently working on a task list and POW as well as setting up the test rigs

• We have been working on Home automation offerings and quotes for OTM (some of which are quite large) , a quote for CCTV at Enemalta and quotes for variations for existing projects.
