Separating the delegates to 4 Teams each team contain -Mechanical Members

-Process Members -Electrical Members

-Instrument membersThen give each team a task to do theory and each team must work together to finish it with all needed paper work PTW, JSA, Isolation……etc

-Mechanical apply for the PTW & JSA

-Process check the PTW and review the JSA then if approved proceed with needed isolation Process isolation, Electrical, Instrument if needed

-JSA to do the isolation was a must

Pre Job Safety meeting after approving the PTW and PH ensured that isolation done properly and Power was Zero
