Available Positions • To connect the CRM, Blog, and website onto 1 platform, creating an
engagement platform for non-AIESECers. The KPI will be the number of hits per day, as well as the number of posts on a daily basis
Social Media and Knowledge Management
• Develop a long-term strategic marketing plan for programme recruitment along with marketing materials following analysis of the market
• Ensure consistent branding across different entities Programme Marketing
• Collect and analyze data on past programme trends – who participates in TMP, TLP, GIP, and GCDP
• Coordinate with other NST for better strategy development Statistical Trends Analyst
• To research the 334 education reform of Hong Kong and formulate strategies and any structural changes necessary to be implemented at the MC and LC level

Early February: Formation of the
team, team bonding

Research the 334 reform at the
secondary school level
February 15 - 29: Research the 334
reform at the university level
March 1 - 8: Produce report on the findings of the 334 reform, and
their possible implications for
AIESEC Hong Kong
March 9 -30: Discuss local reality of MC and LCs, formulate potential
structural or processes changes necessary

Work with the incoming MC and LC VPs on how the
334 reform changes will figure into the
1213 plans, including EwA plans
April 15 – May 15:
Support GIP and GCDP OGX to
prepare them for re-integration into the 334 structures
in the fall

Formulation of recruitment strategies, university
partnerships, and identifying target student markets
July 1 – August 1:
Coordinating with universities, LCs, and other NST to ensure consistent branding during
recruitment; carry out relevant EwA
activites
August 1 – September 1:
Formulation of necessary induction
materials for 334 cohort

Statistical Trends Analyst
This NST position will be responsible for collection of data regarding the 4 experiential learning development (ELD) programmes.
Using this data, the statistical trends analysis will help to track past patterns of AIESEC Hong Kong, and develop strategy on furthering organizational growth
