Gladys Benitez-Reilly Gladys is President and owner Viva Spanish! Language Programs, a company that teaches Spanish language and culture in preschools, K-8 schools, businesses, and organizations.

Latina by birth but born and raised in Northeast Ohio - parents are from Venezuela and Paraguay, South America. Gladys is involved in the Latino Networking Circle of Lake County, and participates in activities that support and promote Hispanic involvement and progress in Cuyahoga and Lake Counties.She has been a mentor through Big Brothers and Sisters in a Lake County Entrepreneurship program for High School students called E-city. Mentorship activities also extend to a woman’s leadership program called SOAR, where she mentors aspiring young women executives. Gladys is a Board Member for COSE (Council of Smaller Enterprises) actively participating in committees and task teams to advance COSE initiatives aimed at helping small businesses succeed and thrive.
