Customers designated as Team Captains and Team Players qualified to participate in the CiscoCustomerLoyaltyprogramareallowedaccesstotheCustomerPortaltool.Inthisprogram,customersare assigned loyalty points based on their purchases with Cisco Systems, Inc. Customer TeamCaptains, Team Players and Cisco Account Managers can view point transactions as: assigned,redeemedandexpiredtransactions.

Uponviewing thebalanceof loyaltypointsavailable, it isexpectedtheCustomerTeamCaptainwillwork with the Cisco Sales Account team to build a learning map and redemption plan for theircompany. Through the Cisco Customer Loyalty program, the Customer Team Captain redeemsvaluableCiscoLearningServicesandCiscoLearningPartnerrewardsfurtherdevelopinganddefiningtheirITbusinessenvironments.

c) Uponsuccessfullogin,userseestheCustomerPortal.Thefollowingdetailsaredisplayeduponlogin:

• AccountName:NameoftheCustomer/Account• TotalPointsAvailable:Amountofavailablepointsforrewardredemption• ProgramName:NameoftheParticipatingProgram.InthiscasetheCiscoCustomerLoyalty

program.

• PageNavigation:Allowingusertonavigateupanddownthepage.• TabNavigation:PointsAvailable(Default),PointsRedeemed,RedeemRewards,Points

Expired/Consumed.TheRedeemRewardsisatabavailableonlytotheTeamCaptainforrewardredemptions.

Step2:CheckingPointsTransactionActivity:PointsAvailable,PointsRedeemed,RedeemRewardsandPointsExpired/Consumed

a) PointsAvailableTab:Bydefault,theuserisnavigatedtothePointsAvailabletab.ThepointsbalancedisplayedbelongstotheProgramdisplayedontheright.

b) Intheaboveexample:Theuserisviewinganavailablebalanceof19650POINTSfromthe“CiscoCustomerLoyalty”program.

c) TheusermaysortthelistofdisplayedtransactionsusingdifferentsortingoptionssuchasTransactionDateorExpiryDate.Thescreenshotbelowdisplaysthetransaction(s)beingsortedbyeitheroftheselectedoptions.

d) Theusermaynavigatefromonetabtoanothertab(“PointsAvailable”,“PointsRedeemed”“RedeemRewards”and“PointsExpired/Consumed”tabs)toviewadifferentsetoftransaction(s)undereachcategory.

Step3:UnderstandingTransactionDetailsa) PointsAvailableTransactions:Inthetransactionsnapshotbelow,thedurationindaysindicatesthenumberofdaystheearnedpointswillremainavailableinACTIVEstatus.BeyondthePointsExpiryDatethepointswillexpire.Pointsarevalidfor12monthsfromthedateofassignment.NoextensionsareprovidedasCustomersareencouragedtoredeempointsbeforeexpiration.

b) PointsRedeemedTransactions:Transactionslistedunderthistabprovidetheuserwithredemptiondetail.

• TransactionIcons:FivedifferenticonsofCompleted,InProgress,OnHold,SubmittedandNotesindicatetheredemptionprogress.

The“SubmitTransaction”actionsendstheredemptionrequeststotheCiscoCustomerLoyaltyprogramadministratorforprocessing.Besuretoscrolldownandclickon“SubmitTransaction”:
