StrategyHouse of Performance is indispensable in achieving change processes, because they touch people. With that touch they create more involvement and ultimately will be more productive. A%er a few sessions with the partners, we discovered that there’s a strong belief that people can only change if they are truly touched. People do not learn a new trick; they learn to understand the consequences.
