Problem

The entire publishing process (sourcing,

validation & approval of content) was done

manually using Excel sheets. Validating and

approval of content was a time consuming

process and caused delays. Since the

approval of content was done manually, it

led to high errors in content publishing.

There was no review mechanism in place

to check compliance of content to various

standards. Also, the platform had no

standard or easy way to search across the

aggregated digital content.
