ChatBots + Smart Messaging + IoT• BIOT combines ChatBots and beacons on messaging platforms for enterprise workflows.

What is BIOT?• BIOT = ChatBots + IoT

• BIOT is a new way to manage business workflows,

• In BIOT structure, we have three main domain, user (Human), messaging BOT and Beacon (Sensor). Relation between those main domains create workflows,

• BIOT will be a user interface for industry 4.0,

• In our project we are combining ChatBots with Beacons to manage workflows,

• Preconfigured workflows will be prepared according to needs of different sectors,

• BIOT is an omnichannel project,

• The most important point in BIOT concept is to create proper workflows on a user-friendly omnichannel platform.

Phase 0

Tailor made workflow solutions for pilot projects in different sectors. In this phase, the main goal is to increase know-how to produce user-friendly platform.

Phase 1

Creation of BIOT platform with pre-defined general workflows.Customer can edit bots and beacon functions or order edited general workflows.

Phase 2

Creation of fully functional BIOT interface. At the end of this phase, customer can create their own workflows using drag & drop items. Different BOTs and Beacons can be selected and linked to each other.

Establishing workflow market and partner network for different sectors. Customers either can create their own workflow from scratch or buy a template.

Competitive Advantage• Differentiation is the key factor for the BIOT project. Generally messaging

BOT companies have been focusing on B2C area. Specially, e-commerce is the most attractive point for the messaging BOTs. In BIOT project, we focused on enterprise BOTs to optimize workflows. Hence, our business model will be B2B and target customers will be mid-size companies.

• In enterprise environment, it is not easy to create innovation for big software companies. They generally move slowly that why, it will be possible a niche product for B2B customers in low competition.

• Our pricing strategy will depend on number of workflows created and this pricing model will provide low initial investment option for the customers.

Value Proposition• BIOT combines the power of IoT with the elasticity of messaging in a user

friendly interface. Using BIOT, companies can create their workflows in digital area and easily integrate IoT and messaging apps.
