CrewFactors is a spin-out company from the Speech & Communications Lab at Trinity College Dublin. We have developed a patent pending speech analysis technology to assist communications trainers and instructors to assess and debrief individuals on their team communication and collaboration skills. Our Performance reports contain several evidence based metrics that provide numerous insights into individual and team performance while undertaking a collaborative task. This software innovation has been lauded by International aviation training experts as a ‘Next generation’ crew assessment and debriefing tool.
