Our goal is to use triathlon to inspire more GE employees to embrace healthier choices and live more active lifestyles

Me, My Site & Tri (MMS&T)
• Online, triathlon themed employee engagement programme to promote health & wellbeing
• Employees of all abilities encouraged to log their weekly training
• Kilometres visualised by site and individuals on leaderboards
• Employees rewarded for their involvement (uploading training, tweeting & blogging)
• Employees offered FREE race places to mass participation events across the UK
• Kilometres tracked contributed to a charity donation to British Triathlon Foundation
Goal was to increase participation to 900 employees (145% increase on 2012 triTWINNING programme)

My HealthAhead Champion regularly remind us of MMS&T 2.8
I received too many communications and it was rather annoying 2.4
