When I get up in the morning, the stiffness of the body

and weakness of mind make me miserable. I yearn for

physical care and mental pep up!

Remembrance of NAMA connects me to the reservoir

of the eternal energy! I realize that expectation of

physical care or pep talk; for myself is meek, petty,

and erroneous; as these temporary and superficial

measures make me weaker and dependent.

In spite of my indolence; my being associated with the

empowering remembrance of NAMA; is the grace of

the omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent ocean of

bliss deep within i.e. NAMA itself! This is

NAMAVIJAY!
