Automate your cut order calculations Optitex CutPlan software streamlines the entire cut order planning workflow and provides end-to-end visibility of cutting-room operations. It calculates the optimum cut order from data inputted via the intuitive wizard. Quantities for each size and color can be input manually or calculated automatically according to user-defined ratios. The software
automatically groups multiple sizes within the same marker and computes the number of plies required for each color. Stock room data can be taken into account, using the new Roll Management module. You can use Optitex CutPlan without nesting by selecting your desired marker efficiency ratio or utilize Optitex Nest++2 or Nest++Pro software for optimized nesting.
Once all calculations are complete, the final cut plan is displayed on a single screen, providing a consolidated view of order information, order requirements, spreading details and markers, together with intuitive graphical representations of colors and spreading. The plan can be exported to a spreadsheet program for printing, providing everyone in the cutting room with the information they need to work efficiently and accurately.

With Roll Management activated, Optitex CutPlan automatically assigns individual rolls for spreading on each marker and specifies the number of plies per roll for each marker. It calculates remaining fabric on each roll, enabling the updated inventory data to be exported to your inventory management system.
