Code isn't everything

When a project has contributors with lots of different skills

When coders think they can do all the “soft skill” tasks

Start up a conversation as soon as possible

(this should be the easy part)

Just contact us through this box.

A good website should function as a welcome wagon

A healthy project will be happy to greet new people

Find something interesting to you

Non-coders are the same

But they're also different

Look for a Code of Conduct

Look for participation in outreach programs
