Introduc/ons:  •  We  failed  to  allow  /me  to  introduce  our  guests  to  Mossel  Bay  before  the  Fes/val  

began.  (1/2  day  orienta/on  tour?)  Scheduling:  •  We  sent  invita/ons  to  hosted  buyers  too  close  to  departure  date    •  We  scheduled  the  presenta/on  by  the  organiser  of  the  hosted  buyers  tour,  

Lindsey  Gibaud  of  Big  Tree  Marke/ng,  directly  aYer  lunch  on  Day  2,  but  made  aIendance  at  the  presenta/on  compulsory  for  hosted  buyers.  The  lunch  was  held  off-­‐site.  This  meant  the  buyers  didn’t  have  enough  /me  to  eat!  

•  Lawyer  leY  us  too  liIle  /me  to  apply  for  a  license  to  sell  liquor  at  the  Exhibi/ons  Live  streaming  •  Sound:  we  need  direct  feed  from  speakers  (or  mics)  to  broadcas/ng  computer  •  Video:  there’s  too  much  contrast  between  lit  and  unlit  areas  of  the  room  (ask  

camera  operators  to  focus  only  on  the  presenta/on  screens)    Exhibi/ons  •  Aisles  between  exhibitor’s  tables  were  too  narrow  •  We  failed  to  consider  the  rugby  –  exhibitors  and  public  leY  earlier  than  expected  •  Announcements  via  the  PA  may  have  been  disrup/ve
