Introduc/ons: • We failed to allow /me to introduce our guests to Mossel Bay before the Fes/val
began. (1/2 day orienta/on tour?) Scheduling: • We sent invita/ons to hosted buyers too close to departure date • We scheduled the presenta/on by the organiser of the hosted buyers tour,
Lindsey Gibaud of Big Tree Marke/ng, directly aYer lunch on Day 2, but made aIendance at the presenta/on compulsory for hosted buyers. The lunch was held off-‐site. This meant the buyers didn’t have enough /me to eat!
