Shift Your Social Paradigm

• View social as a network of people, rather than a promotion platform.

• Instead of just posting job listings, use multimedia in conjunction that tells the STORY about the job.

• Ask a question• Rather than search for people who are looking for jobs,

search for people who have the job/skills you are looking for. • Take advantage of the massive network your company has

already built. • Empower others to activate networks. Instead of “We’re

hiring___” post “Who do you know that___?”
