TPA Realty Services LLC, is a full-spectrum real-estate solutions provider, delivering services in the areas of leasing, property management, build-to-suit, construction management, financial services and large-scale mixed use development via public-private partnerships. Most often noted as the developer of Technology Park/Atlanta and Technology Park at Johns Creek, TPA also developed Lenox Park and is currently developing four other projects in Georgia: The Bluffs in Cherokee County; Stanton Springs, near Covington, Ga.; Interstate Centre, near Savannah; and Highland 75 in Cartersville/Bartow County.
