May 2017 HTS entered into a JVA with Axventure as the project management consultant
for the construction of new 400-beds teaching hospital for Universiti Teknologi
Mara (UiTM) in Puncak Alam, Selangor
May 2017 HCD secured a 36 months contract with AeroDarat for aircraft interior cleaning
works at Senai International Airport worth RM1.08 Mil

July 2017 Appointment of turnkey contractor for 11.9-acre Projek Perumahan Awam 1
Malaysia (PPA1M) in Precint 5, Putrajaya to O&C Resources Berhad (OCR)
August 2017 MPM via Subsidiary – Metro Parking Singapore Pte Ltd secured new contract
worth RM57 Mil. with Singapore Sports Council (SSC) to provide parking
management services at SSC facilities

City, Philippines
October 2017 MPM secured new contract worth RM2.2 Mil. with MRT Corp. to provide parking
management services at 8 MRT stations within Klang Valley
October 2017 Received Approval for Redeemable Convertible Notes (RCN)
September 2017 TMR secured RM5.0 Mil. contract renewal from Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM)
for integrated facility management services at 5 TM building complex
September 2017 TMRLC received Focused Recognition Awards from Petronas Refinery &
Petrochemical Corporation (PRPC) for management of Executive Village at
RAPID Project in Pengerang, Johor

November 2017 Received The Star Property Awards 2017 for Best Family-Centric Development
category for Central Park project in Johor Bahru
November 2017 DBHD via DAC Properties completed RM130.3 Mil. worth 63-acre land
acquisition after receiving approval from the relevant authority, reducing Group’s
net current liabilities by RM132 Mil.
December 2017 MPM secured new contract worth RM3.6 Mil. for car park operator services at
Bangunan Setia, Bukit Damansara
November 2017 MPM secured new contract worth RM1.1 Mil. with Maybank to provide parking
management services at Maybank Buildings
November 2017 HTS secured 2 consultancy services’ contracts with NADAYU with estimated
consultancy fees of RM2.19 Mil. for Subang Murni Specialist Hospital and
Subang Murni Ambulatory Care Centre
