In 2nd week of August 2015, the Ventriglia family decided to force a junior officer of PACRA, in Kitwe Office, to make changes in the registered information of Zambezi Portland Cement Factory.

Though prior approval is required from the Court for making any changes in PACRA’s record, the Ventriglia family tried to enforce their will over the obligations.

The result was that the junior officer had to make the changes under pressure.

But, soon after the changes were made, PACRA took an immediate action and reversed the alterations.
