Getting members of a team into flow is just the starting point. Once team members understand their own, and others’, strengths and weaknesses, the team dynamic develops levels of trust, understanding and job satisfaction that are the basis for stratospheric team performance.There are many assessments such as Myers-Briggs, Strength Finders, DISC and others that identify individual personality types, preferred ways of being and strengths. These tools have been great standards to build knowledge and some understanding of how individuals may show up at any given time. What if in addition to this understanding, this knowledge was integrated into a strategy designed to create flow.
