WHAT IS IT?
Global Leadership Program based on the competencies and skills a leader should have including the corporate values of the company. Who needs a program like this? Organiza?ons that see the importance of a strong leadership community, the value of the growth of internal leaders, and the opportunity of a connected community of people who move the company day by day.
CONCEPT
The Leadership program is the result of three concepts:

Ø 2 Interviews: To discuss the results before the program starts. To see the evolu?on at the end of the program.
Ø Visual tool: To see in a graphic the status quo of the 360º evalutaion and the change produced ajer the interven?on.
