Some Guidelines
Be specific about what it is you want because the
change and process discipline is a very big subject
I may not be able to fulfil your request if it is
something I haven't done or experienced before
If I am inundated with requests I will be selective
based on what value I think my information might
add to the requestor
Any documentation I send you can for your own
purposes but this is my intellectual capital and I
would not want it to be shared around at will
You can use any advice I give you can chose to use
this in any way you see fit without restriction
