About Us
A Mom and Dad Senior Placement is a Free Elder Care Referral Service. Finding local, long-term care for every senior is our specialty! Our aim is to take away the confusion and help our clients to understand what option is best for them: Home Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living or Nursing Homes. We will help to find solutions that meet personal, financial and geographic preferences. We can offer resources to help with financial assistance and we are happy to answer any other questions that our clients may have.
We will personally meet with and assess all clients and facilities to ensure a good match is made with each placement.
Service Area: Southeast Florida and potentially the West Coast of Florida.
Our Process
We will assist our clients and their families with the transition from start to finish.
• Complete the Assessment Form or speak with us at 561-277-0396. This will begin the placement process.
• Shortly after the Assessment Information is received, we will contact our client to schedule an in-person or telephone interview so that the best care options can be recommended.
• After our thorough assessment, we will create a Client Profile. This profile will include the best recommendations we can provide to meet the client’s personal, financial and geographic preferences.
• We will schedule tours with the care facilities that match the client’s requirements. All contracted facilities have been thoroughly screened and evaluated by us to ensure licensing and regulations are in good standing.
• Once the client has selected and transitioned to the chosen facility, we will follow up to make sure all of their needs and expectations have been met.
