Antioxidants have extra electrons and can neutralize free radicals

Cell Destruction / Cell RegenerationOxidative stress is when a molecule looses and electron and creates a free radical the causes are:•Poor diet•Drugs•Vaccinations•Pollution•Injury•Natural aging

• “Our farm soils are severely depleted of minerals.”

• “Laboratory tests prove that our fruits, vegetables, grains, eggs, milk and meats of today are not what they were a few generations ago.”

• “No man today can eat enough fruits and vegetables to supply his stomach with the mineral salts he requires for perfect health, because his stomach isn’t big enough to hold them!”

Recent evidence from both the Journal Of American Medical Association and British Medical Journal conclude that:

“if you do not supplement your diet today you are GUARANTEED to get a chronic degenerative disease later in l i fe” *

CDC Expanding the Flu Vaccine Market Between 2000-2010

•2000, CDC policymakers voted to expand flu shot recommendations to all healthy Americans over age 50.• 2002 =300 million, there were 1,765 recorded influenza deaths •2002, added all healthy babies from six to 23 months•2002 = 727 recorded influenza deaths that year

•2006, CDC voted to recommend flu shots for all healthy children up to 5yo•2006 all healthy pregnant women in any trimester•2006= 849 recorded influenza deaths

Page 18: Oxidation and Inflammation

•2007 voted to add all healthy children up to 8 yo•2007 = 411 recorded influenza deaths

•2008, CDC voted to recommend annual flu shots for all healthy children up 18 yo•2008 = 1,722 recorded influenza deaths

•2009 Homeland Security declared a national emergency a pandemic H1N1 swine flu was sweeping the country and tens of thousands of people could die.• Liability free drug companies were told to rush an experimental swine flu vaccine to the market

•2010, the CDC officials finally reached the ultimate goal: •2010 = 494 recorded influenza deaths

•they told doctors to give annual flu shots to every American, healthy or not, from the year of birth to the year of death.

DiscussionThe unexpected result of the Helsinki Businessmen Study seemed to give a pessimistic impression of multifactorial primary prevention, … 18 year results still show a higher mortality in the intervention than in the control group…

. As a whole, the Helsinki Businessmen Study results cannot be interpreted as refuting the current idea of cardiovascular risk factors.

13 studies were included. Of 34533 patients, 18315 received intensive glucose    lowering treatment and 16218 standard treatment.

a more than twofold increase in the risk of severe hypoglycaemia.

Over a treatment period of five years, 150 patients would need to be treated to avoid one myocardial infarction

142 patients to avoid one episode of microalbuminuria

47% increase in risk of congestive heart failure

9% reduction of glucose = 19% increase in all cause mortality 14% reduction of glucose = 43% increase in cardiovascular death.

Side effects of PPIs include abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, headache and nausea. A recent study found that patients taking PPIs had a higher risk of becoming infected with Clostridium difficile, a hard-to-treat bacteria that can cause severe colon infections. PPIs are linked to a higher risk of pneumonia.

Anti-acids Cause osteoporosis

Researchers from the University of Manitoba in Canada have discovered that those who take the indigestion drugs known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) over the long-term will increase their risk of osteoporosis and related fractures.

These 2 classes of heart drugs handicap the heart by blocking nerves that control heart muscle.

the blood output of the heart is artificially reduced, causing less oxygen to reach the body’s cells and tissues. The result will be normal blood pressure cuff .

The body is now being forced to go through life with less oxygen than it needs, and organs slowly start wearing out. Premature aging.

Free radical exposure sources

A recent University of Washington study found that pre-school children aged 2-4 years who ate organic fruits and vegetables had 6 times less pesticide residues in their bodies than children who ate conventional produce.

Exposure to other toxic metals can cause neurological and kidney damage…

Professor Andrew Meharg, Aberdeen University He said: “…for young babies who are the most vulnerable receptors we should be doing everything we can to reduce that risk. You don't want DNA damage during infant development.
