What do we do? Our Mission and Vision
When the complexity of medical care and the average number of patients ascend, and whilst doctors and therapists are constantly facing a lack of time, it becomes more crucial to maintain a sound communication platform between doctors and patients.
Patients are in need of information when doctors often struggle to fulfill the patient’s demands. Therefore we are now facing an imbalance of demand and supply.
This has a huge impact on the everyday medical care, especially on diagnostics and therapy, since miscommunication and discontentment from both sides result in a decrease of commitment and compliance, thus splitting the doctor-patient relationship.
While nowadays almost everyone owns a digital end-device and social networking becomes increasingly significant in professional environments, we believe it is about time to integrate these real-time technologies into medical practices.
Our mission is to use principles of social networking linked with the latest technologies to improve communication and advance medical management between doctors and patients, while making it more transparent and easier for both parties.
We have developed Appcare, a network and platform, to give doctors and patients the opportunity to interact and connect with each other. Appcare is intended to boost and renew the principles of the doctor-patient relationship. Both will be able to communicate with each other, to manage their individual profiles and to take action on all medical proceedings.
The improvement of medical care starts with a solid exchange of information. We believe by providing this vivid type of communication through Appcare is exactly what is needed in a tomorrow’s medical environment.
With Appcare we want to invoke a new era of doctor-patient communication, thus to amend the health condition in the world we live in.
