On the 28th of February, 2014 Advanced Massage Therapy and Massage Therapy program students did some volunteer work at the CCAA Badminton National Championship by massaging its participants in Edmonton, Alberta. It was an excellent chance for our students to apply newly acquired skills in real life on the athletes after their performance on the badminton courts. The event took place at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and that was the fifth time it hosted the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Badminton National Championship.
